3.9 In the case of an advertisement being removed from the website, the client acknowledges that the placement of the advert, which becomes vacant, will be replaced by another

3.10 Any re-publishing of advertisements will take place within forty eight hours of received payment confirmation

3.11 Advertisers wishing to cancel their advertisement must give a thirty day, calendar month written notice

4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
